1. Prepare for Draining:

    • Begin by removing the termination cap from the outlet.
    • Connect your sewer hose (or adaptor) to the termination end and place the other end into an approved dump station inlet.
  2. Drain the Black Water Tank (Sewer):

    • Open the black water (sewer) termination valve first.
    • Once the flow slows down, proceed to the next step.
  3. Drain the Gray Water Tank:

    • Open the gray water termination valve to finish draining.
  4. Flush the Tanks:

    • After both tanks are emptied, close both termination valves.
    • Flush the black water tank with fresh water to help clean the interior.
    • Open each termination valve one at a time to ensure the tanks are completely empty.
  5. Finish the Process:

    • Once empty, close both termination valves again.
    • Disconnect the sewer hose and store it properly.
    • Reinstall the termination cap.
  6. Add Deodorizer:

    • Finally, add an approved chemical deodorant to the black water tank according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

By following these steps, you’ll help keep your RV’s waste systems functioning properly and ensure a cleaner, more efficient process.
