The remote on the Cirrus is for the jacks and the awning. You need to put the remote in awning mode and flip the interior switch to "awning". To put the remote into awning mode you need to press and hold the button in the top middle down until that light turns red, about 5-10 seconds. Once the light is red you are in awning mode and your remote will control the awning.
