Why Do I Have No 12-Volt Power If My Battery Is Fully Charged?
One of the most common questions we receive at the factory comes from Andy in British Columbia, who asks:
"My battery is fully charged, but I still have no 12-volt power. What could be the issue?"
Possible Causes & Solutions
The most likely culprit is either a blown fuse near the battery or a tripped circuit breaker, depending on your nuCamp model.
- TAB 320 & TAG Models: These units have a 30-amp fuse near the battery. If your 12-volt system isn’t working, check this fuse and replace it if needed.
- TAB 400 & Cirrus Truck Campers: These models use a 40-amp circuit breaker near the battery. If the breaker has tripped, simply reset it by pressing the breaker back in.
Once the fuse is replaced or the breaker is reset, your 12-volt power should be restored.
