If that back pipe breaks off there’s no good way to reattach it – It comes permanently attached from our distributor to this flange. You will either need to replace the entire toilet or try to replace the back assembly, it can be taken off by removing the screws holding it in place. See picture:

Usually this will happen due to water sitting in this area when freezing temperatures occur
