Step 1: Sign Up
- Open the nuCamp app.
- Tap Sign Up.
- Read through the Privacy Policy
- Tap I Agree.
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
- Enter and confirm your password.
- Tap Submit.
Step 2: Confirm your email address
- Open your email app.
- Look for an email called “uCamp:the app - Confirm Your Email”.
- Open the email and tap CONFIRM EMAIL.
Step 3: Sign into your new account
- Open the nuCamp app.
- Tap Sign In.
- Enter the Email Address and Password for your account.
- Tap Submit.
Fix problems creating a new account
If you get the message “We received an unexpected response from the server. Please try again later”
- Make sure your device can access the internet.
- Connect your device to WiFi, or try connecting it to a different WiFi network.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
If you get the message “We are unable to register this email address. It is possible that it is already registered.”
- An account already exists for your email address. If you do not remember the password for the account, you can Reset your password.
If you get other error messages while trying to sign up
- Make sure your device can connect to the internet.
- Check if your email address has already been used to create an account. You can’t use the same email address for multiple accounts. Search through your email history to see if there are any prior confirmation emails from the nuCamp app.
If you can’t find the confirmation email
- Wait a bit - It can take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
- Check your email’s Spam or Junk folder.
- Add
noreply@nucamprv.com
to your email’s contact list. - Open the nuCamp app and try signing in - the app will send you a new confirmation email.
- Open the nuCamp app and try signing up again - it’s possible there was a spelling mistake in your email address the first time you signed up.
If you get the message “There was an error confirming your email address.”
- Open the nuCamp app and try signing in. If your email address still needs confirmed, the app will send you another email with a new confirmation link. If you are able to successfully sign into your account, then your email address is already confirmed and you don’t need to do anything.
