If you are already logged in, you will need to log out of the app first.
Step 1: Request a password reset
- Open the nuCamp app.
- Tap Sign In.
- Tap Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address you used when you created your account.
- Tap Submit.
Step 2: Set a new password
- Open your email app.
- Look for an email called “uCamp:the app - Reset Your Password”.
- Open the email and tap RESET PASSWORD.⚠️You must open the email on the same device where the uCamp app is installed.
- Enter and confirm your new Password.
- Tap Submit.
Step 3: Sign in using your new password
- Open the nuCamp app.
- Tap Sign In.
- Enter your Email Address and the new Password you created.
- Tap Submit.
Fix problems resetting your password
If you get the message “Failed to connect to server. Please try again when you are connected to the internet”
- Make sure your device can access the internet.
- Connect your device to WiFi, or try connecting it to a different WiFi network.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
If you can't find the password reset email.
- Wait a bit - It can take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
- Check your email’s Spam or Junk folder.
- Add
noreply@nucamprv.com
to your email’s contact list. - Open the nuCamp app and try resetting your password again.
