If you are already logged in, you will need to log out of the app first.

Step 1: Request a password reset

  1. Open the nuCamp app.
  2. Tap Sign In.
  3. Tap Forgot Password?
  4. Enter the email address you used when you created your account.
  5. Tap Submit.

Step 2: Set a new password

  1. Open your email app.
  2. Look for an email called “uCamp:the app - Reset Your Password”.
  3. Open the email and tap RESET PASSWORD.
    ⚠️
    You must open the email on the same device where the uCamp app is installed.
  4. Enter and confirm your new Password.
  5. Tap Submit.

Step 3: Sign in using your new password

  1. Open the nuCamp app.
  2. Tap Sign In.
  3. Enter your Email Address and the new Password you created.
  4. Tap Submit.

Fix problems resetting your password

If you get the message “Failed to connect to server. Please try again when you are connected to the internet”
  • Make sure your device can access the internet.
  • Connect your device to WiFi, or try connecting it to a different WiFi network.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again.
If you can't find the password reset email.
  • Wait a bit - It can take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
  • Check your email’s Spam or Junk folder.
  • Add  noreply@nucamprv.com  to your email’s contact list.
  • Open the nuCamp app and try resetting your password again.
