The Truma Saphir air conditioner is currently used in nuCamp's TAB 360 and TAB 360 CS. According to Truma North America, you should clean the fluff filter twice per year and replace it when necessary. This video shows you how to access and remove your air conditioner filter.

In the TAB 360, it is located beneath the dinette bench. To access it:

  1.  Remove the screws from the bench back and the panel covering the AC area.
  2.  Remove the screws from the securing brace.
  3.  Take off the grate for better visibility and reach.
  4.  Unplug the air conditioner and unhook two of the hoses to give yourself more room to work.

Remove and clean the filter or replace if needed.

  1.  Reach into the narrow space between the AC unit and the cabinet wall.
  2.  Remove the filter grate and slide out the old filter. (Be gentle with the removal as there is a temperature sensor wire attached to the grate)
  3.  Install the new or clean filter, making sure the arrow at the top is pointing toward the AC unit. This ensures proper airflow.

Once the filter is in place, secure everything back into place. Your AC filter replacement is complete!
