To get warranty work done there are three options.

1. Take your unit to an authorized nuCamp dealer. You can locate one using this link. https://nucamprv.com/find-a-dealer/

2. Take your unit to any RV dealer/repair place. You must contact warranty@nucamprv.com prior to using this method as it will need to be approved.

3. Bring your unit back here to the factory for the work to be done. Again, contact the warranty department to set this up. 

We would recommend contacting the warranty department for any warranty claim that you have.
