If you are experiencing inadequate hot water, please review the items on this list. 

1. Watch this video on setting the Alde screen to make sure everything is set correctly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZB-JzYcxNQM&t=6s

2. It is important that you allow the Alde enough time to heat up the water and glycol. Allow it to run for at least 45 min before checking the temperatures and trying the hot water.

3. You can check the water temperature through this method. If you could please report the water and sanitation/water temperature so I can confirm they are at proper temps: https://cloud.nucamprv.com/index.php/s/4k2zx92Aa5WcA3Y

4. Make sure all your valves are in the correct setup – make sure you are in camping season mode and not winterization mode. If you have a bypass valve, make sure the bypass valve is in the ‘NORMAL’ and not ‘BYPASS’ mode
